Requested quote to potentially reline cast iron piping from master toilet to main drain. Both technicians were very professional, did a thorough examination and analysis of the issues using their camera equipment.
They thoroughly explained the processes involved and discussed options. All questions were answered thoroughly, and, based on being knowledgeable about these processes from a professional plumber I know from the East Coast, were honest. You can't ask for anything more than that in today's world.
The quote to do the work was competitive, and at this time a decision to proceed has not been made yet, as this work is not 100% critical now but needs to be done soon to prevent potential pipe issues down the road. Evaluating.
